Over 4,500 people went to see the Avenue South housing since it opened on August 30th. This unit has 1,074 private condominiums and is ready to start housing people on September 7th. Avenue South Residence is developed by the UOL Group in conjunction with the United Industrial Corporation and Kheng Leong Company. The Avenue South housing is composed of tin 56 story towers and five apartments that are four stories along with 86 limited edition units.
Avenue South Residence Horizon and Peak Collection
In the towers, the units on the lower floor are known as the Horizon Collection and the units on the 37th to the 56th floors are known as the Peak Collection. The Peak Collection has a private lift lobby, is designed with high-end finishings, and comes with Gaggenau appliances.
Avenue South Residence 4,500 Visitors to the Showflat
Each of the apartment collections has between one and four bedrooms. This can house single people as well as families. The units range from 474 to 1,688 square feet. This is also based on the needs of the family and the amount of space that renters are looking for. The first 300 units are being offered for the starting price of $858,000 for a one-bedroom apartment. The two-bedroom apartment is being offered for 1.15 million. Half of the units that will be housed in Avenue South are going to be priced below $1.5 million. Even for these prices thousands of people have shown interest in these units.
Avenue South Residence Interested Buyers for the Development
There are some average prices that the units will go for based on which collection they are part of. The Heritage Collection goes for about $1,780 per square foot. The units that are part of the Horizon Collection are higher at $1,980 a square foot. These in the Peak Collection are the highest at $2,250 per square foot.
The Avenue South Residences are located on Silat Avenue. This location is just off of the Kamping Bahru Road located in the CBD fringe. It is also close to where the Greater Southern Waterfront development is going to be happening which will bring additional jobs to this area as well as entertainment. It is also close to the Rail Corridor which makes it easy to get transportation.
Even with the high prices, many people are already showing interest in these units. Several thousand people came out just to see the units. The developers expect these units to be taken shortly after they are made open to the public to purchase.
