Cannabis Gummies for Dummies Part 3 | CannaButter | Herbistry420
Here is part 3 of our Gummies for Dummies Series. In this video I go over making Gummies with CannaButter, you would follow the same steps if making it with Oil… however we’ll do a part 4 where I show you the gummies made with (either MCT or Coconut). Watch the video all the way through it may answer whatever questions you have about making gummies with CannaButter or Oil. In the next video we will make Gummies with MCT Oil or Coconut Oil. In the last part of the series we will go over tricks, more tips, more options and some hacks for your Gummies.
When using Potassium Sorbate, use roughly 1 tsp for the size batch we are making.
The general recipe I am following is:
30 grams Unflavoured Gelatine (Knox or Royal)
85 grams Flavoured Gelatine (ex: 3oz Packet of Jello or Royal)
1 cup of Juice or Water (240ml)
2 tsp of Lecithin (can use Sunflower or Soy, Liquid or Granules)
1/2 cup of Cannabutter (or Oil) (128 grams)
1 tsp of Mold Inhibitor (I used Potassium Sorbate, but you can use Lemon Juice or LorAnn Mold Inhibitor)
1 tsp of Flavouring
